Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time as long as you have not received it yet.
To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible and include:
Your order number
Your full name
The email or phone number used at checkout
If your order has already been delivered, it can no longer be cancelled.
Important: Once your order is delivered, the sale is considered final.

Returns After Delivery

Once your order has been delivered, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind.
Because our products are made for wall display and handled during delivery, all sales are considered final after delivery.

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind after delivery
• Choosing the wrong size
• No longer wanting the product
• Slight color differences caused by screen or lighting settings
• Refusing the package after a delivery attempt

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Your satisfaction matters to us.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately.
To help us review the issue, please provide:
Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
Photos of the packaging
A short explanation of the issue
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a suitable solution such as a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.
Please note: Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived yet, you may still contact us to request cancellation or ask for assistance.
If the tracking information shows that the order has been delivered, the order is considered completed and can no longer be cancelled.
If you entered an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, MUREO is not responsible for failed delivery.
Please make sure all delivery information is correct before confirming your order.
